Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 le juge rapporteur de l'arr\u00eat de la Cour d'appel de G\u00eanes de second degr\u00e9 concernant les faits de la caserne de Bolzaneto lors du G8 de 2001, une affaire sur laquelle il a \u00e9crit \u201c Gridavano e piangevano \u201d (Einaudi, 2014).
